For the people who would like to learn a little more about this game.

Q: So what is this game?
A: This game is a spinoff to the Pokemon franchise in a racing genre.

Q: What modes are there?
A: Quoted from the main site, "You make Pikachu Dash by sliding the stylus along the touch screen. The quicker you do it the quicker Pikachu moves. However running is not the only option...you have Balloon Races, Falling and much more. But you cannot just go taking shortcuts, you have to pass through Checkpoints that are shaped like Pokéballs and other items, some even give you boosts when you go over."

Q: What other characters can I play as besides Pikachu?
A: Even for those people that have beaten the game, it seems like Pikachu is the only playable character.

Q: So how about tracks? How many are there?
A: Over 386. One for each pokemon.

Q: What is this Emerald Compatability?
A: Have your Emerald cart in the GBA slot of the DS, and then upload your party data to the DS card. You'll recieve a racetrack that is in the shape of your pokemon's sprite.

Q: Does this also work with Ruby or Sapphire?
A: Yes it does.

Q: So is there multiplayer in this game?
A: Yes there is. In fact, you only need one Pokemon Dash card to play.

I've got a question (can anybody answer this):
In games like Metroid Prime Hunters, you can choose what type of control set you want, this in turn switchs which screen "the action screen" is on (Eg.- Pokemon Dash has pikachu dashing around on the lower screen)- is there a way to make pikachu (the action shot) run around on the top screen, also is the stylus the only control method?

Would you happen to know if you can use your party Pokemon from, say, Sapphire, if you import Dash but have a US Sapphire cart? I know you can't trade between an English and Japanese Pokemon game, so I was wondering if that was also an issue with Dash.

Actually, you CAN trade between an English and a Japanese game.

Can you? I heard a looooong time ago that you couldn't, but it could have been either wrong or outdated. It's never actually come up for me until now. I hope that means everything'll be fine with this Japanese Dash I already ordered. I needed a good multiplayer game for a get-together with my friends later this month.

Yup, everyone's a Pikachu, even in Multiplayer. Sucks, don't it? (Well, unless you're a big fan of Pikachu, lol.)

So i guess ther eis no mode inw hich to you can take your Pokemon and color them differently and save them to your cartridge.. too bad... I wasn't going to get this game anyway

@pikachu_king: You're right, they never said you could play as Munchlax... But I think you are allowed to assume that you have different charakters to choose in a racing game...
