Well I checked the date of Ruby saphire it's in November and it came out in us in March so it'll take about 5 months after 28 september... so we"ll get it by 28 February Well Us but isn't it the same for europe and us?

But Emerlad, which was released setember 2004 in japan, cam out in march in the USA
