i've decided to make a list of deceased charecters in the pokemon anime

Brock almost died in the Bulbasaur episode
Ash and Pika almost died in the 3rd movie,Charizard saved them
Ash almost died in the episode where Chicorita was jealous of Pika

everyone almost died in the 2nd movie
Celebi,Ash,Sam almost died in the 4th movie
The gang would of died many times if it wasn't for Togepi
Ash almost got eaten by an Arodactal(sp)
Everyone almost died in the Saint Ann episode
Ash and Pika almost died twice in the first episode;would of drowned if it wasn't for Misty,Spearow attack

The Legendary Dogs were reincarnations(sp),so I guess you can count that as dieing
In the 3 part Lugia episode that one girl said her grandfather was in Heaven
Ash could of died in the Ninja episode if those blades came any closer
Ash almost froze to death just to keep his Pokemon warm
Charmander almost died,its flame almost went out
In "a Corphish out of Water" Brock,May,JJM, and Max almost drowned and Corphish almost died
Ash almost died twice in "The Pi-Kahuna" Almost got hit,almost drowned

Sabrina's Mom,Brock and Misty were turned into dolls,so I guess you could call that an injury

In "Water Flowers of Cerulean City" They could of drowned by the hose
In "The School of Hard Knocks" Pika stubbed its toe on the machiene
Pikachu got sick in "Sparks Fly For Magnamite" Some of the Pokemon would of died
In "Holy Matrimony" JessieBell could of killed James
In "The Bridge Bike Gang " That Shellder would of died
In "Pikachu's Goodbuy" That small Pika almost drowned
In "A Chancey Operation" a bunch of Pokemon got hurt
In "Make Room For Gloom" Gloom almost died by the fire
Ritchi saved Ash from falling off of a cliff when they were chasing after TR
In "Little Big Horn" Stantler was injured
In "Ignorence is Blissey" Ash got hurt acidentally by Blissey
In "Mewtwo Returns" Mewtwo almost dies
Pilowswine almost died in the Pryce episode
Brock was sick in the banned Jynx episode
Articuno saved Ash and Snap in the episode Articuno episode
In "Sick Days" Brock was sick
the Ketchup Bottle from the Dark City episode

She is not dead. In the japanese version they never say she died, it was just in the dub.

I don't remember seeing this episode, but looking at the episode guides on this site, I found:

Mewtwo forces all the Pokémon to fight their clones. Ash stops Mew and Mewtwo fighting and gets killed in the process. All the Pokémon's Tears bring him back to life

Chimecho never died.

Back in Kanto there were like a thousand Pokemon dead. It was like a Lavender town filler or something. All the bodies were floating down a river on rafts. They were already dead from natural causes.

In the Orange Islands there was the trainer of the super strong Haunter and Gastly who was mentioned of dying.

Butterfree is dead.

Ash's Cyndaquil died. :/

In the wake up snorlax episode, Misty got cut by a thorn. I'm surprised 4kids didn't cencor the drawing of blood.

Oh, yeah, and someone got hit by a ski. I can't remember who, and I'm not willing to go though hundreds of Dogasu's episode comparrisons looking for the scene.

Mistranslation on the dub's part. In the original, Munoo tells Satoshi that Mizuho abandoned the family, she didn't die.

Though, in the dub, she's pretty much alive also. :\

Don't forget Aaron and Lucario from the 8th movie (Aaron died by giving up his aura to restore the peace in Aldran and Lucario died by giving up his aura in order to save the Tree of Origin), in the "deaths" section.
