One good point which was brought up to me is Lucius mentioning the Rakulium to not originate from this planet in episode 87 which in turn would be a logical explanation as to why Friede would investigate in space about it.

Even if Rakurium originates from space, and even though this is the Pokemon universe where the wildest stuff can happen, Friede going to space for some reason feels like a real "jumping the shark" moment, I just can't wrap my mind around this idea. Spaceship???????
