Mewtwo. Best pokemon in the game. If you can get SelfDestruct on it, your opponent is in for trouble. Best movepool. 154 S.A and 130 Speed is nothing to scoff at. Also Mewtwo has more defensive capability than Deoxys. Also Mewtwo has many strategic options that work very well, such as Snatch, Substitute, Calm Mind and Recover. Recover is a really important move and is helpful in the long run in the uber metagame.

Mewtwo is way better IMO. At least it can take a hit. Deoxys cant take nothing.
I killed a Speed deoxys with one extreemespeed from my rayquaza, not even a ctitical hit.
