Deoxys stats?

Do Deoxys stats get recalculated when they change forms and follow that different stat-preference?

For example, a Deoxys originally gained from LeafGreen has a high Def/SDef in its defense form. If it is traded to FireRed its form changes, but does its stat preference change to Atk/Spd, or does it stay Def/SDef despite its changed form?

Also, do Move Relearners let them learn moves not learned by their original forms? (Ie. Can Attack form learn Extremespeed if it already passed the level to learn it in Speed Form?)

Yes the form also changes the way it stats are distributed. They can only relearn moves available to the form they're in at that point.

i think he means do they all change to what they would be in that form, so thats a no, but what they earn is changed. also, about the moves, thats a no, but lets say you get it to lv50 in fire red. it would learn hyper beam, and if you traded it to LG, you could get the tutor to teach it the defence form's miror coat.
