No, Meteor Cave is just as hard as any other 99F dungeon. Here are the requirements:

No Partners
3 Items Max
Must Defeat Deoxys Mirage to Open stairs.

First off, if you want to recruit Deoxys, you want a friend bow (your held item does not count towards the 3 item limit). The other item you really want more than the friend bow is X-Ray specs. The other two items should be reviver seeds.

Around floor 14ish, you will die due to hunger.

It is actually quite hard, short, but hard.

You could bring a Huge Apple, but I don't recommend it. Also, don't count on finding anything other than Poke in the dungeon.

You cant bring those. That's 20 items. You can only bring 3, and hold another item.

Forget about apples, really...

I got Deoxys and apples were really pointless, just use reviver seeds. You also need Max Elixer's. Reviver Seeds are just resourceful.

you cant forget about apples because they are must have
deoxys is realyy hard to figjt
but if you have his freind area and high lvl pokemon it shuld be no problem to capture him

swich hold items when about to battle deoxys

it's actually a WHOLE LOT easier than you think it is

Easy win:

Leader should be level 90-100
Bring along
Friend bow
+
X ray specs
+
Tight belt

have leader have an IQ of 11 so he knows Trap seer

At the start of each floor put ont he Xray specs so you see where the mirage is, then switch to tight belt, repeat until floor 19, Then when you find the stairs, switch onto the friend bow, You have a low 24% get rate, But its the best you can possibly get.
