Hey guys, so yesterday I started to think about the places that my chatracters are born in (From all different stories) and realized that I don't have a clue what some of those places look like. So I was hoping I could ask you guys what the towns/cites/states etc lookj like, what kind of people there are. it is a Country town, City, Town etc?

(I think this belongs in the rightr place right? I am asking help for the description for mt stories).

Alabama (A big one seeing how my favourite actress was born their and she in lods of my stories..)
Texas
Mexico
Mayalsia
India
Hollywood studios (Not LA/Californa, ust Hollywood where the studos and such are)
Hawaii (SP?)
Darwin (Australia)
Desert (Australia)


I think that's about it I need help with, I post anymore if I need to, so can someone help me out here too please? (And making sure I got this right, Alabama, Texas, Mexico are all part of Americia right? And Mayalsia isn't far from australia? And that Hollywood is part of Los Angeles which is part of California?)

Well, Texas is very varied. You have the concrete jungles of Houston and Dallas. The state capitol building'd obviously be a major part of the city. But, if you're going for Houston, I'd try something like showing the Astrodome. It's a dominant part of the skyline. Most of the major cities have tons of gleaming skyscrapers.

You might wanna check Wikipedia to see pics of the cities. Maybe even look them up. As for cities in Mexico, there's not much to tell as I've never been there. Same with other places you mentioned. But, Singapore I've heard looks very much like New York and that's in Maylasia. It has gleaming skyscrapers, parks etc.

So, yeah look up cities and pics and see what ya find. Best bet would be Wikipedia. USually they have good city pics.

Actually, Singapore isn't part of Malaysia. It's part of Singapore, which is its own city, and the densest country in the world.

Other than that, like Ledian X said, just go Google them or find them on Wikipedia.

But really, you should portray the place in the way it looks like to you. Since no portrayal is perfect, your way will be the best for you.

This especially applies if you are wriitng pokemon set in the real world similar, then you can portray it however you want.

You're not doing that, though, right?
