A Battle Tower Sandstorm Double Battle team.

Tyranitar @Leftovers
Nature: Careful
Ability: Sandstream
Evs: 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 SpD
Ivs: 27 HP / 22 ATK / 31 DEF / 12 SP ATK / 29 SP DEF / 1 SPD
~ Curse
~ Payback
~ Rest
~ Sleep Talk

Tyranitar's offensive capabilities, with its good defensive traits, make this Curse set lethal. Tyranitar can become nearly impossible to stop once it gets a couple boosts to its Defense. Rest helps this to set up. Payback is my Dark STAB. Payback's power doubles if hit beforhand. Since Tyranitar is lowering its Speed with Curse, Payback will almost always have 100 Base power. This combines to make a good tanking lead to set up Sandstorm.

Clefable @Toxic Orb
Nature: Undecided
Ability: Magic Guard
Evs: Undecided
Ivs: Hopefully good ones

~ Protect
~ Facade
~ Meteor Mash
~ Softboiled

This set makes Clefable a pretty good lead. Protect triggers Toxic Orb, allowing me to fire 140 base power Facades from turn 2 without taking any damage beforehand. Restore health with Softboiled, with Meteor Mash for coverage

Garchomp @Salac Berry
Nature: Adamant
Ability: Sand Veil
Evs: 252 ATK, others undecided
Ivs: 30 across the board Woo!

~ Swords Dance
~ Substitute
~ Outrage
~ Earthquake

Sub up, Swords Dance away, then blast the opponent with Outrage/Earthquake

Heatran @Choice Scarf
Nature: Naïve
Ability: Flash Fire
Evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ivs:

~ Fire Blast
~ Earth Power
~ Explosion
~ Dragon Pulse

A revenge killer. Scarf gives it nearly unmatched speed. Fire Blast hurts when coming from a 359 ATK stat. Earth Power gives good coverage, as does Dragon Pulse. Explosion is there as a last resort.

Fire Punch on Clefable over Meteor Mash. Although it has considerably less power, you won't be able to touch Steel-types with your Clefable x Ttar pairing (with only Dark, Normal and Steel moves). Fire Punch provides better coverage overall.

Also on Clefable, you could give it Wish to work with Protect and possibly heal things like Garchomp. It's really a matter of preference there. As for the EVs:

252 HP / 252 Atk / 6 Spe will basically give you a very simple tanking set; but

44 HP / 252 Atk / 212 Spe will allow you to outrun things like max Speed Adamant Machamp. It's not that important but it's there if you want it. Both sets assume an Adamant nature.

Revenge killing in doubles is an entirely different principle to singles. Heatran could afford HP Ice if you can get that. Explosion will only work if you want to sacrifice Chomp's sub or have Clefable use Protect. A good Ground resist in Heatran's place might not go amiss either. Moltres would fit the special sweeper role but you'd have to be wary of Stealth Rock and your own Sandstorm.
