Dewgong or Walrein?

I don't like Walrein's look so my vote's for Dewgong. Which one do you like?;087; or ;365; ?

Walrein. By miles. First off, he looks so awesome and powerful. Secondly, walrus>>seal. Thirdly, Walrein can do stuff in battle, outranking Dewgong in every way. He's also underappreciated because stupid people think he's a Dewgong rip-off when they're completely different Pokémon, and Walrein makes Dewgong look bad. Very, very bad...

the biggest difference between the two type wise is that Dewgong is a Water/Ice type while Walrien's an Ice/Water type

what exactly is the difference? well, battle-wise... there is none, it's mostly design that determines the difference between the two.

Dewgong is a Water type with the qualities of an ice type while Walrien is an Ice type with the qualities of a water type...

it is a bit hard to understand... but it's clear that Walrien outclasses Dewgong by quite a bit.

Dewgong's still more popular because of it's seniority though... and maybe because of looks as well.

If you mentioned that dewgong is just a mere snake with fabric hands and tail with a horn in that melon then I`ll 100% agree with you!
OK, maybe I exagerated here.
Also Walrein has the best resistance to ice among all pokémon, Dewgong also has, due to thick fat, but looking at Walrus HP you´ll see that it will recive less damage.

what more? Walrein has better numbers in every stat but just 5 in S.defense and speed.

Dewgong is cuter and I like it better and walrein is srtronger. I vote for dewgong.

I love the sirenians even if it is a sea lion.

Walrein for all reasons listed above. It looks better, it's so much better in battle, and it has a much better movepool. It just wins overall.

Walrein. Although I hate it, I hate Dewgong just as much, and Sealeo is cute.

Dewgong, by far. I absolutely HATE Walrein- it's too big and ugly and just overall very clunky. Dewgong is a lot more elegant, and a faster swimmer, I'm sure. I like its overall sleek shape. The two are certainly not the same in any way (anyone who says otherwise should be shot) and though I like walruses, I don't much like this Walrus Pokémon.

Forgive my ignorance, but how does it have a better move pool? Aren't their move pools the same for the most part? Both of their main attacks are Ice Beam and Surf. Believe me I don't mean to insult anyone. I'm just confused on your statement.

As for my part, I pick good ol' Dewgong. It was on my team in the R/B/Y days and it just holds a place in my heart.

Food for thought: Dewgong's not a seal. There are actually creatures called Dugongs in the wild. They're in the same family as seals but they aren't seals.

Walrein gets Earthquake and Rock Slide. Not to mention Iron Tail, Roar, Yawn and Curse. Dewgong gets Signal Beam and... um... Safeguard. The difference is clear...

Dewgong served me pretty well on Pokemon XD. Can't say the same for Walrein on a previous game, though...

I've always liked Dewgong, even though it got really weak since G/S/C when Special was divided into Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense.

Walrein is great too though. I've been raising one on XD and they're much stronger than Dewgong, but I don't like Walrein as much.

Walrein doesn't naturally learn Ice Beam
