Hi! I'm looking to get to get the shiny charm! Now, if I'm not mistaken, I don't have to obtain any of the event legendaries to get it. With that being said, all I'm missing is hitmontop, porygon2, and phione. I'm not sure if phione counts as an event legendary, if it does then disregard it. Any help would be appreciated and if you help I'd be more than willing to help you back with your dex!

Edit: it turns out you don't need phione to get the shiny charm! I just got mine without it!
