Yes, hello and welcome to this art thread. I've debated for a real, real long time about posting my work on here, and finally i had enough and decided it was time to show you people what I can potentially do on whatever spare time I can muster up these days. So I am going to do this by time. Going from my earliest to my latest. Just to make things clear, I am not perfect at art nor will i ever be, I am just here to show you people some stuff. So this first bit is what i have already done in the past. And the new posted stuff will be under updates.

Please try and keep the comments short, and if you are refering to a certain piece, then just have the name of it in bold and in Italics if you dont mind =)

HAND COLORED (Early 2008)

Explanation : I was really bored one day in art class, after typing some of my failed fan-fic i decided to try and draw one of the characters in it. The thing above its eye was a scar. and i know the flames still don't look right. So after i drew it, i looked at an image forever. Then i colored it, and to ruin it I cut and pasted onto a sheet of construction paper.

Obviously not one of my good ones. But its here for amusement xD But now we get to some more interesting pieces. I converted to digital art cause i was never really good at pencil coloring as you folks can clearly see. So, the next few i did are done with MS PAINT yes the epically failed program saved under a failed picture type.

Remember newbies, always save under png. otherwise it wont turn out as good. I should listen to myself xD. HEADS UP THESE ARE NOT SAVED AS PNG. OK? =3

Digital with Paint (Mid 2008 -early 2009)

MS PAINTEES starting as early as 2008. The starred ones are the ones that i have taken a lot of time on
I know there are a lot of mistakes, proportions, sizing, shading, coloring, lines. etc. etc.

Ok so yeah, people say they can't believe that this was done with MS PAINT. Some took from 12 hours to 24 hours to do. The next paragraph tells how I oddly did them

WHAT I DID : Well first i grabbed my supplies and headed down into my little office corner with a nice tall glass of soda with ice. Then i got rather comfy in a recliner, and hand-drew these pictures from memory, then after i was done i checked to see if they were somewhat accurate (You would not believe how many times i was way off, but that's art for you =D) So after one passes the grade it was time i took a picture of it and transferred onto the computer, then for the next few hours to many hours I colored in the picture with custom matching colors. The one I am most proud of was Latios. Matching color on that one was harder then I expected. Then after i re-size them (Camera shots are 2500x3400 or whatever ._.; ) and then i posted them.


Upgraded (Mid 2009 - current)

Well after i finished my last one with paint *Checks list. The Lugia one. A lot of people have said i should try it on photoshop. So after waiting for a while to get it. I started to experiment with it. Just to see what i can do. Then i got curious. Care to hear? I wondered what my drawings would look like when they are colored with photoshop? :O. So. I decided it was best to try it out. AND it got me these ones. I honestly don't think it has improved that much, but that is my opinion, which is caused by low confidence level =D. Although i am told different i still think there wasn't much improvement at all -_-

For the last one i just gave you, there was an error and it made the odd circle, so try to ignore it if you can.

I did this the same way as my MS PAINT pieces so, no need to repeat.

Oh, wow, you actually did these with MS Paint? :O!

I think my faves are the 2 Lucario ones. They look so well done... I like your other ones too! I can't do squat on MS Paint (even if it's just outlining and coloring in). xD;;;

Keep it all up! I wanna see more. cx

I agree with pokefan#493 that the Lucario pictures are great, as if they are your specialty.

I also quite like your Zangoose drawing. Zangoose looks a bit chubby and happy, as if it just beat and ate a Seviper. XD

Good job. Keep it up.

Thanks you guys for your kind words and wisdom. Yep xD, about half of them were done with paint. I don't know it seems the pokemon i like are oddly enough my specialty. Okay just a heads up guys, I have 2 drawings on the go, should be posted this week, can't promise anything just yet due to exams this week and work. But ;D i will keep you guys posted ^^

Like I said, they aren't perfect, but then again no one is perfect =p. So keep tuned people ^^, if no one else replies then I will just edit this post ^^

Very nice work.

I think the MS paint stuff you did looks great, but i think you should add some more hand drawn stuff.

I've seen you're other work so i know what you're capable of doing.

I like the Mewtwo picture, but its head looks a bit small to me. Is it supposed to be that size, or a bit larger? The colouring job is good.

I love, love, love, LOVE the Lucario done in MS Paint. It looks fantabulous.

To confirm your thoughts, I just wanted to let you know that the Photoshopped pictures do not look a whole lot different than the MS Paint ones. To tell you the truth, I actually liked the MS ones better. Something about them ^^

The Pikachu one was... interesting? Haha. It was fun to look at though.

The Lucario was definitely the best though, but your Latios was really well done too.

Despite all the criticism, you still do six million times better than I do, so congratulations ^^

I think the Roselia is the best one so far. You did a good job with the Wiscash too. Your usage of value and contrast really helps your images look nice.

Flint looks a bit strange, but well drawn. Roselia is as mentioned by the two posters above me quite well done (very colourful and accurate). Still, I still like your Lucario the best.

Lugia drawing is the best imo. Nicely in shape and good shading, also this is where I do see improvement on newer images.

Thanks for the comments everyone, and yes there is still a lot of improvement that i need to work on >>; like i said before in my uberly long post, it aint perfect, but for me to show you guys this takes some guts =p So anyways

I wanted to keep this piece very simple, obviously i have screwed up in some spots, but oddly enough it seems so cool. The eyes and portion and more noticeable the poise is a little off-set.

Believe it or not this have been getting me some odd attention lately, thanks again guys, some people are starting to ask for a requests =D, well 2 people but still =D. Its fun doing this kind of stuff for people ^^.
