Time is the master force. Unstoppable, unpredictable, and unrelenting, this power sweeps through everything. And Team Rocket found that out. How, some may ask? Folklore, wise-man's tales, and old legends. A small elite band of Team Rocket have devised a plan to capture Dialga and harness it's powers. These are the only members left of Team Rocket, due to them beggining their studies long ago. After 4 years, Team Rocket scientists have studied ancient stories and have comprised data Dialga and it's signature attack, Time Roar.
With all of their equipment ready, the small group, known as the Dark Ridges, set out to the region of Sinnoh. But before they got to Dialga, they had to test out their equipment. And the wild Pokemon of Sinnoh were the guinea pigs. How did the capturing work? Each member had a devise that depending on the Pokemons weakness, it would send out an attack. If the Pokemon was a Swellow, the device would make an Ice Beam, or a Thunderbolt. For a Fire-Type Pokemon, it would be some kind of Water-Move. Not only does this hurt the Pokemon, but they are also treated horribly, with little food and water, just enough to keep their strength up an ounce. They were sometimes sent to battle other captured Pokemon just for the gang's enjoyment, or to battle the Dark Ridges on Pokemon. If the captured Pokemon didn't well, they locked them in cages.
Officer Jenny's around the region have tried to capture the crooks, but to no avail. Some reports claim that even trainer-owned Pokemon have been stolen. Another rumor is that they have hi-leveled Houndooms, Mightyenas, and other Dark-type Pokemon with them, hence why trainers have failed to protect their very own Pokemon. Not only do they steal Pokemon, but they also steal high-priced things like jewelry. Police sometimes have a lead, but still can note catch the crooks. All that's left behind are is a note that says "Voir ya, la bonne poire!"
Can someone stop this band of Team Rocket members, or will they continue to steal other Pokemon and proceed on to Dialga? Only you can decide.

"What is this feeling? Am I in a dream? I can make out a faint figure. . . It's saying 'Help me! Help me Vincent!'" At that point, Vincent instantly woke up. He sat up, and he looked up, and saw the rosy fingers of dawn spreading across the horizon. He looked around, and saw Aria, his Ariados, sprawled out on the ground, next to a Cacturne, leaning onto a tree. Infront of him was Crunch, a Feraligatr, sleeping while sitting. Startled, Vincent looked up to see three Mukrows flying over head. "Better get going." he said. And he woke up his three Pokemon, and set out.
