No. We don't get these events, it's only the US.

I have a question about arceus. If you change the plate it holds, does its friendship reset? because i fought the elite four all of them 3 times(changed the plates between each one), got a massage from vielstone city, got a spa treatment from the resort area, and its friendship hasn't gotten any higher. its supposed to go up a lot when you fight the elite four.

You using that poketch app?
There's only four or five stages it shows and a poke can have up to 270 happiness, you just didn't get enough happiness to make it go from one stage to another.

No, you don't get happiness from that.
You get happiness with stuff like Soothe Bell, vitamins, EV-reducing berries, using HP-healing items on it...
If you have a lot of a EV-reducing berry, then just give it a vitamin, then a berry, a vitamin, a berry...

I have the Riolu I got form Riley and am focusing on its DEF EVs right now in the Canalave Gym. Despite how many levels it will grow in a single fight, how many times does it count the EVs?
