But you have a Jolly Nature, so the Speed shouldn't be a problem. 280 Spd outruns all unboosted base 90ers, but you should probably be using max anyways.
Don't know how much Concentration Band boosts. It could help, but stick with Leftovers for now.

If 2x HP < Def/SDef, put Evs in HP. You do this with Shuckle, Dusclops, Skarmory, and you do it with Dainoosu too.

That's not helpful at all. And Rentoraa isn't that great - Slow speed and weak physical STAB moves.
