Well, it's just the body sems a lot smaller than the head, and the neck is what makes that happen. But don't take it the wrong way. It's AWESOME!

There's this two little spikes at the neck that make it look thin where it starts and fat at the middle of the neck, maybe that's why? Finding the right form, the icon's perfect. o:

Did you use an Ampharos Icon as a base? Because thats what it reminds me of. It's very well done, though I agree about the body being a bit small compared to the head.

the tail/dorsal fin reminds me of tropius, they seem a bit too curled? oh and where is its actual tail? its good none-the-less though I like it a lot =D
