i made this but its still a bit big but what do you think

I think its pretty good but yet it seems a little rigid around the spikes around the tail and the head, but thats just me

Don't JPEG your Sprites, it ruins them. Save as .PNG (or if you can't then BMP).

Kinda blurry but it looks good to me, one thing that bothers me though is that the hind lef that is shadowed is straight. Try to round it or something.

Outlines are noty very smooth. They look like wazy lines, and they are not shaded at all. It looks to me you just minimized the original picture and started adding color without editing the outlines :/ The shading needs to be edited too. There's barely any.

Its still very spikey looking and the shading needs more work. Finding a way to upload it as a .png would peobably help a bit, but the face really needs to be defined better. Over all, its not too bad.
