Did 4Kids Dislike Brock?

There's a rumor thats been around for a
While that hasn't been confirmed to be true or false, so ill let you decide. When Pokemon came to America and became phenominal 4Kids supposedly told the Japanese producers to get rid of Brock because he looked to Japanese.
Such as his dark skin, no eyes. Think about it Pokemon premiered in 1997 in Japan, and than premiered 1998 in America (UPN). So it was two years for us, than all of a sudden Brock leaves because he wanted to stay on an island with an older woman (Ivey) and three other girls. Than suddendly January 22, 2000 we get a new trainer (Tracey) who is whiter than Ash and Misty, has regular eyes, has less spikey hair. And in a way looks american (think about it?) so could it be that America got to see the dub and tell the japanese writers immediantly get rid of Brock, I think so. But because America and Japan disliked Tracey its no wonder why he left early. For all we know he was suppose to meet Proffesor Oak, but Oak could've said Tracey your to young, continue traveling with Ash and Misty, than he would've been around during Johto. But Brock came back out of nowhere? Only to stay to this day (suspicious). So 4Kids didn't like Brock, only to get him back permanetly (?) Karma or

I believe they did actually because he was a Japanese looking man so 4Kids probably told Japan to replace Brock with Tracey (those b*stards). Since fans wanted Brock back and Tracey was a failure for popularity, he was replaced again.

What kind of Asians are you looking at? Last I checked, they DID have eyes. Takeshi's Asian features are simply the SLITS for eyes and short, spikey hair.

Kenji looks American? The boy seems to be well in shape. If he was done to look like an American stereotype, he'd look like Kabigon.

It's simply a matter of introducing a new character. It's nothing but rumors and fan speculation with nothing to base their claims on. Takeshi came back simply because of fan response in both regions. While Kenji wasn't hated, people just wanted Takeshi to come back.

The special I'm talking about was hand made by 4Kids, it was to test out the new voice actors. Brock just went crazy over Nurse Joy and Officer Jenny and disappeared, I laughed when I saw that becuase that didn't seem like the Brock we knew at all. I mean sure he would go crazy and flirt a bit with them, but when things get serious Brock knows when to take things seriously LOL. Than I was like WTF?! LOL He just vanished after that LOL.

No, the special was ANIMATED and CREATED in Japan. It just aired in the US first.

Thus why the Japanese team is credited in the closing.

If you mean Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon, that was a Japanese special. It was just dubbed by PUSA and showed first in America. I know Brock is getting stale and unpopular so there is a chance he will be replaced. I liked Tracey too, but i don't see him as a main character.
