Did anyone go to the Miami JAA?

Post your experience.It's just I've never been to one of these events plus it was just this Saturday. I have until July when I go and wanted to know what the event is like?

I have until July too, the one in Boston. Some people must have went yesterday. I wonder what it's like to have a legit Celebi!

I live in Florida, but it takes FOREVER to get to Miami, plus I had a job interview that day. ._.

Yeah, it wasn't gonna happen.

I suppose I'll have to wait until we have another in Florida, preferably Orlando.

I went. It was alright, it was the first time I went to an event like that! I started freeloading stuff. XD All the stuff was free. What got me go crazy was they were giving out free Emerald guides and plushies to the contestants to the tournament. I don't play the TCG game, though. So, I started asking staff members to give me the Emerald guide for free, but they didn't let me. Oh well. XD Anyways, I saw people battling each other in the gamecube. Meh. All of them used Rayquaza, Groudon and all the other legendaries. So uncool. I considered that cheating, but hey. I don't make the rules. XD;;

The stuff I got was a trainer certificate, a book about what's going to happen in spring, took a picture with Pikachu, got free Pokemon like the legendary dogs, birds, and CELEBI. Harharhar. I got 3 Celebis. X3333 (I gloated to my friends, I know that was so mean... but hey, they can possibly go to the one in Tampa! plus, I gave one of my friend's some cards and stuff. X3 I still feel bad for showing off. I know, I'm soft. ><)

Oh.... and I befriended a TCG expert... and he gave me a free Emerald guide! Ahahaha, I guess I got all I wanted after all. xD Oh, and the last thing I did was I was asking some guy named Bruce who works with Pokemon (supposedly, I'm no expert). I asked if Brendan was going to be in the show, but he doesn't know. ;_; Damn him! Ah well. The thing that scared me was that he asked me if I entered the tournament, I said no, then he asked how I got the Emerald Guide. I froxed, but then I said someone just gave it to me. I was like, "Dude, you're not going to kill me, are you?!" then he said no. XD Thank god.

...That was my experience. I had others, but it's pretty personal which made the day really sucky. ^^;;;

How did you get three Celebi's?

FireRed, LeafGreen & Emerald?

Yeah. XD They were more, but I already got them. (Like Blaziken and some other one..)

I got one for my Ruby, other Ruby and Emerald. It wouldn't transfer in my LeafGreen. I don't know why, though. >_<

You peeps should go there, it's worth it if you really want Celebi and the other legendaries. ^^

My mom was too "busy" to go to miami when I'm like an hour and a half away...There has to be another way for me to get celebi. I live in Ft. Lauderdale but I couldn't go. >_<
