Did I Create A New Forum On Serebii.Net forums?

M'kay.
Last night, I posted a thread in The Diamond/Pearl forum about posting your in game teams on that forum. Instead of making the thread, it said Thank You! It will go to a mod. to be approved. I thought it was normal. So, this morning when I went to check on it, a new forum was on there that said to post your In game D/P and PBR on this new forum. So, can someone answer my question if I created this new forum or not?

If you read the announcements you can see that SerebiiJoe has made new forums for the Diamond Pearl section.
