Different ways to evolve? (read first post plz)

Do you think there will be some different ways to evolve?

gold/silver - max happiness, day/night max happiness, one higher stat
ruby/sapphire - max out beauty stat -feebas, empty slot when evolve
all-trading stones
gold/silver and up - trade with items

i was thinking possibly area evolutions like an alternate to eevee any ideas?
also possible items from old games now could cause evolution like like gloom to bellosoum(spelled it wrong i know shame)

ok some ideas are(posted throughtout this topic just read whole thing august 25th so you don't have too)-
level up with item - very possible
fusion pokemon - impossible
some fusion pokemon - possible but unlikely
special breeding - possible but unlikely
certain area breeding- possible
different babies from breeding- unlikely
chance evolution-entirely possible
more eevee forms- doubt it 5 as it is would have most likely been in xd if there was going to be
moon/sun stone evee evolutions-doubt it already can evolve via day and night and moon/sun dust or shards it says dust on serebii but in screen shot beside it says shard
anger evolutions-entirely possible maybe a story factor but it kinda already is in collesuem and xd
love evolutions-there already is
area evolutions - wouldn't doubt them adding it
fainting evolutions- that would be rather hard so no super unlikely
less trade evolutions- yeah right (linkability is what the game relys on for lots of stuff)
ritual evolving- totally possible
slowpoke evolve faster via slowpoke well - possible but i just doubt it
lv 100 evolution - fortunately cheaters wouldn't be able to cheat via ds can't use cheats or H/-\ac|<s possible but why?
lv 100 ritual evolution - lets just say no impossible although its possible
restoring a specific amount of HP using leftovers
being given lots of potions, super potions, etc - possible but unlikely
spending enough rounds in sunlight/rain/sandstorm/hail- very possible
using a move enough times, eg, growth - possible but somehow i doubt it
dark ball- was in one anime movie possible but just no

Bad ideas and wont happen
ex. *all pokemon can fuse*

i really hope there are some more cool ways to evolve like feebas and shedinga. maybe a phenix pkmn that evolves when it reaches a certain level and faints but leating a pkmn faint to evolve it seems weird.

in G/S had also the stat evolution (tyrogue) I was thinking about the day care evolution, I posted it before, it works in a simple way, put a pokemon in day care (sneasel, eevee or other) holding an new item, make it level up 10/15 levels and when you will get the pokemon back, it evolves

I don't think there should be any more Contest evolutions. Feebas is painful to evolve as is.

Last month when I joined this forum, I proposed a new evolution called Unhappiness Evolution, but many people believed that it won't happen b/c game freak doesn't want you to get the wrong idea and mistreat your pokemon. But, personally I think all the evolutions have been covered, but you never know, game freak may have something new up their sleeve.

Well I think there should becuase it would be more fun to spend time evolving your pokemon.

How about a pre-voulotion one? Where it evolves into a REALLY strong baby, but if you use a gameshark, it just pre-volve's, but it turns into a level 2? I know it won't happen but just a thought. (sp?)

Asking this question is a sign of idiocy. Of course there will be new ways of evolving Pokemon. We know this because of Sneasel's evolution, Manyula. And, going with Nintendo's tradition that they need to create a new method or item for an added evolution in a future game (so that that item could not be used in a previous game on the Pokemon and not evolve it, and people would complain), there obviously will probably be some trade + item-related evolution technique.

I know that I will probably get a bad comment for saying this but... Fusion evolution.

I know what you are thinking but it makes more sence than people are thinking. Slowpoke, as an example, evolves when a shelder clamps its tail. That is one example of fusion evolution. It makes no sence to me when a slowpoke evolves and sudenly it has a shell on its tail with eyes on it. What do you think?

That's a good idea... and about the mistreating thing, what about frustration? Your pokemon get more power by hating you so, why not evolve?

No one remembered in G/S/C for the first time (and only time) you get a Pokemon that evolves bassed on its stats. Tyrouge, its attack and defense alter which one you get. But its so hard getting Hitmontop, so hopefully no more of those. Same for Febass.

Thats very true, but the man who gives you Frustration and Return will give you Frustration if the Pokemon isn't used to you. I think. Well anyway that does sound like a good idea, but it would be something new so why not.

possibly if you evolve during the night maybe power is higher than normal
and during the day def is higher than normal

Well I was think of double evolution, when you need two Pokémon inorder to evolve them both. Lets say you have an Absol and a Keaton(a fake) and you take them to this special place and they start evolving..... sound cool?

That sounds quite cool actually but I thought of a better one using your idea. How about taking your absol and the fakemon or Pokemon and they both combine together to evolve into a hybrid Pokemon. Yay or nay?
