Difficulty of Legendaries?

Hey everyone, I'm about to engage my first legendary(non-recruitable, storyline plot) Zapdos. How hard is he? Me and my partner, Torchic and Pikachu are Lvl 20 and Lvl 21 respectively. Any tips to finish off the lvl 25 thunder bird?

use link moves (ember+growl) (thundershock+growl) the normal attacks can still do damage and also peck. Just my opinion

train in the dungeons a bit more. if it is too late for that try to use link moves or use the field for ur own good.

Yeah doing the previous dungeon's rescue missions now...probably level up 1 or 2 more.

I defeated Zapdors in lvl 15. He and the other legendary birds are quite easy when you have tryed 5 or more times defeating them. Just saying.

I think when I defeated Zapdos, I used Gravel Rocks and Thorns for the first few turns, then it was east after that.

train in dungeons..a couple of embers should trowit down

I beat it by using Dig! He can't hit you, if he can't see you. Yes, Dig does hit flying enemies in this game.

Probably train a little more and bring some throwing items like previously said and you'll be good.

I think that level is fine i beat him at a lower level

zapdos is ez, use blast seeds and gravel rocks, and try using sleep and stun seeds...don try hunger seeds thriugh, it wont do squat

I did, too! You don't need high levels to beat him, just use your head... Wisely.

I'm the 'train or sulk' type...just defeated Zapdos with my main at lvl 23 and partner at lvl 24, had 2 other recruitees at the side while making my way to him...finished him in 5 hits from 4 pokemons.
