after you recrute lugia,blastoids will give you axcess to his dungon.but you can only bring 3 items so pack good.

You have to recruit the three legendary birds and then talk to alakazam. He will tell you that there is trouble near the legendary birds' friend area. Go there and they will grant you acess to the dungeon.

heh, and all there are are those dna pokemon also 20 floors at the end the real dioxys will challenge you with a -10 chance of recruitment good luck !!!!!
