Actually, many places. You can easily get Pokémon that have a chance to Pick up an item, after a battle, but you'll need to be Level 20 or higher. In Mauville City, You can even trade 500 Pokémiles for one. And If you've got 48BP, the Battle Resort can trade you one as well.
