I've had 5 super fevers in a row. I've also caught 5 legendaries in a row during said super fevers, and I still see a triple rainbow after articuno, does this have a relation I wonder.
No idea but I chose a balloon with the 6th triple rainbow and it didn't even activate a normal fever.
Serebii I have an idea for the forms page, perhaps have a section on male/female differences too even if they are not recorded in pokedex.
It seems to me like it's predetermined as to whether or not it's actually possible to wobble a non-boss Pokemon.
Perhaps it's to make it so you can't farm the minion Pokemon in boss fights too easily?
That bar is just the % of mons in the dungeon you've captured. Upon filling up, it just changes to the word completed.
Also, Serebii, check these out. Not sure if its worth mentioning or if its already known, but they aren't on the main page yet and might be worth knowing.
You get them for collecting 50 of each mon. I'm pretty sure they exist for all pokemon, but this is just what I've found so far.
They actually are recorded. I think its 'Y' that changes the form in the dex. But I agree, since the forms matter for titles and other various trivial things, it'd be cool to see the different images of them. Not really useful, but interesting.
Mind posting what the image was? Link is broken for me
It doesn't on male/female forms. I have male and female snover but it only shows one. Doesn't show for pikachu or others either.
Has anyone actually encountered a Pokemon with a +++ or ++++ trait?
One of the loading screens mentioned that they exist, but I've yet to see one at rank 59.
Not sure if anyone else has noticed, but if a Pokemon has sparkles around it, it's a guaranteed capture. This can also happen on bosses. So, for example, I encountered Landorus for the first time today and he was sparkling (not shiny, just sparkling). So I switched away from my pokemon catcher to Kyogre to make it easier.
This is the case with any Pokemon. If it has sparkles around it, it's guaranteed to drop.
Any know what the secret is to catching mew? I've seen it twice, wobbled it twice, but it still hasn't dropped.
Has anyone spent money for 3000 gems, used them all up, and am terribly upset that you can't spend anymore for more gems? I just want to spend more gems to get the remaining pokemon and other goodies, and now I'm Forced to play the waiting game for months before I get everything. Pretty frustrating.
Kinda a fair compromise actually. In an age in which tons of games are basically "pay to win", they managed to come close to the line without stepping too far over it. Quality-wise, you're either getting what would normally be a $30 ds game for free, or paying $ for what is essentially a "bonus".
That's not completely true as I've had a sparkling legendary not drop before. It was one hit away from a KO when it decided to finish me off; I switched to my Groudon or something else that changed (can't remember exactly), it defeated it from the changes splash damage, and it never dropped. I was pretty upset after it happened.... It could've just been a glitch or something, though. I'm not too keen on testing it out lol.
Does the False Swipe trick actually work, as mentioned on the game's page? I haven't read any forum posts on the game yet, but today there were a few Pokemon I've literally been hitting with False Swipe a few hundred times and that still haven't wobbled. Is this just bad luck, or does False Swipe only make Pokemon wobble that still have some energy left?
Sure it was actually a sparkling Pokemon and not just a Pokemon that appeared to be sparkling? I've had the latter quite a few times. There are several moves that make it look as though a Pokemon is sparkling. I've especially experienced this with Meloetta. Whenever she is preparing an attack, there are little sparks coming down, making it look as though she is sparkling.
