Why would it be 50/50? Endure can survive any hit with 1hp why would that be different with 1HKO moves ?

Yeah, I would suspect that an Endure could enable the user to survive a 1-hit KO move. I never really thought about the subject at hand, though.

Who got the idea that it's 50/50? That seems kind of silly .. it's either it endures it, with one HP, or it freaking dies, no choice.

Anyways, it will and does survive a OHKO.

If a Pokémon uses Endure, and the foe Pokémon uses a One-Hit Knock Out Attack, the user of Endure WILL survive the attack, leaving one hit point left. However, if the Pokémon uses Endure again, it will fail, and the user faints. That's what "success drops when used repeatedly" means.
