You can try with a female pokemon with the desired nature holding an everstone + Ditto. And there is a Breeding sticky you know.

i actually find if i have a ditto and a female holding everstone the nature is still random, but if the ditto is holding it its more likely to be of the sme nature, i had the same problem, use the poke with synchronise to go and get a ditto of the desired nature and then stick that in daycare till you get a female then stick everstone on her and that should work

To clarify, Synchronize works with wild Pokemon ONLY.

It also seems that, while breeding a Ditto and a female, the Everstone will ONLY work with Ditto. It's only with a female and a male that the Everstone works with the female.
