It's vbulliten but it wont work.

Maybe they don't have it installed. It's most likely something to do with the board itself.

Here's a wacky idea.. why not ASK on the OTHER FORUMS!?!?! Wow, that truely is a far out and utterly amazing thought! Does this look like "Help on other forums"? I don't think so.
