Do you consider Blissey an Uber Pokemon?

I say yes!

Blissey has goddy HP and even a Metagross's Meteor Mash can't take it out!


So,do you consider Blissey Uber or not?

No.

It may be very good, but it has sooooo many ways to counter it.

Focus Punch says bye-bye to the little egg.

It doesn't even have a good stat total. It has uber hp and great special defense, but its other stats are a huge meh.

It relies on seimic toss to due any damage at all.

A lot more reasons, but tis not uber.

No, no, no, no, and no. Blissey can easily be taken out by most Pokemon with Swords Dance, or can be killed on a switch, or if you have a sleep-inducing move and she can't switch out. Less Pokemon considered uber is a good thing!

I'd say that yes, she is. When you need a specific strategy to beat some Pokémon, it's blatantly obvious it's overpowered. And Blissey IS overpowered. I wouldn't say she's 00ber, though. But almost.

The worst? She was demi-godly already, and yet Nintendo or whomever makes those decisions thought she was too weak and gave her Aromateraphy AND Natural Cure. As if Heal Bell wasn't enough... -_____-

Attack: Awful
Defense: Awful as well
Special Attack: So-so
Special Defense: Godly
Speed: Below average

Not to mention the average bliss can't touch physical sweepers/CBers/ghost pogeys and usually fails against water pokemon considering they can outstall it to death.

Overall it most certainly isn't an uber pokemon. Any physical sweeper or anything with a physical move that has STAB or a SE hit will laugh and say gg at it :/

Actually you're missing my point. It is a class pokemon and serves its purpose as both a beller and special sponge. Hell it even inflicts status (with TW Bliss). It really is a good team member and every team involved with competitive means should always consider how to counter it.

It's one of the, if not thee, most used pokemon out there. And rightly so.

Dugtrio is only one of many Blissey counters. Just hit Blissey hard with physical hits and it goes down.

No way. Blissey shoudn't be considered uber anyways. Even though the thing has over 600 HP, its other stats, (Not counting SP. Defense.) are terrible. She can't knock out scrap. The only way how you could make use of her is if you gave her EVs in everything but HP and SP. Def.

In fact, I don't think any Pokemon is uber. They all have weaknesses. But if I were to explain that would go off topic. So, there, Blissey has terible stats and shouldn't be uber. Short, Sweet and to the point. I think.

Blissey may have some great abilities, has a lot of HP, and has sky rocketing Sp. Defense, but has too low of Attack and Defense. Therefore, it loses easily to strong physical types.

its so easy to counter ffs, recover zam beats ice beam bliss 1 on 1. anything physical after a swords dance messes it up

ok bliss has some of the worst defensive stats in the game =/ its good a t being a special wall, not much else. thats why its OU and btw your opinion wont change the tiers cause you cant battle someone and be like "oh i think this is uber so to bad" cause it doesnt work that way. the tiers were put in place for a reason. and one more thing. ever heard of BOAH.

Ehh, I wouldn't say that. While Blissey doesn't give me any problems. I'd say dragon types like Salamence are more easily countered. Just hit him with one of the most common used moves in competitve battling, Ice Beam, and no more Salamence.

By the way, to stay on topic, Blissey is not uber.
