Do you get emotionally attached to your Pokemon?

Well, I do. They are "creatures" I worked hard to raise...
They help me come to glory.
In what ways do you get attached to them?
Do you talk to them like I do?
I guess this is a way of asking do you take your game seriously?

That's how I treat my favourite Pokemon, especially if I use them to get by in-game, like I did with Machop and my Eeveelutions in my HG game.

IDK but I really do. Like if my Oshawott fails at something.. I don't get angry... rather I feel bad for Oshawott.

It's like I'm completing a game and although I am the brain behind it, Oshawott or any other Pokemon is the surrogate that fights for me.

A little, if I put some effort into raising them. I'd be upset if I lost a team member somehow.

But not the rest of them. Things that are just in the box for dex completion I don't give a damn about.

Solar knows that whenever he gets to see the light of day, its because I want him to explode in some Audino's face then be revived over and over again. He has no rights. He's pixels.

This is the same approach satoshi has lol

Yeah I get like that especially if they were my starter or a shiny I captured.

If I've trained them for a while, I get pretty attached to them. I try to treat them better, like not letting them faint in battle. I'm especially attached to Blaziken, since I've had him since I started Pokemon in '05.

The ones I've used and trained I get attatched to. Like all my main team Pokemon.

The other ones in my box are just there for dex entries.

I do especially if they are my favorites, if i had them for a long time like my pulse that follwed me from sapphire. Its hard for me to see my hard bred and trained pokemon go or see them lose right in front of me because they have been there in the toughest battles i fought and their the reason i have won. my events i'll hate to lose too because some i made an effort to get out of bed and go to Toy 'R' Us or gamestop to get it. lol

Pokemon are tools, nothing more.

A little I guess :)
I would never release one of my pokemon ( instead if I have boxes full of them already )
