And I let the rest of my Pokes get infected, especially the useful ones like the ones with good IVs, legends, etc...

Yep, I got it from a wild Seedot in Ruby. And I still have the Seedot. (Now a Shirtry)

Yep I got it from a trainer. At least in R/S/E...now the Rus is in the freeze box or already in the 4th generation.
My first pokerus appeared in G/S and I was really shocked as the nurse told me of little animals crawling on my Poki...
