Do you sort your pokemon in your PC in anyway?

Well do you sort them in anyway? I sort mines by the types plus I have a training box and others box in my pc the others box is for Poison,Fighting,and ghost and the training is for the pokemon I need to train.

whenever I start a new advanced game, I always go into each box and change it's wallpaper to another scheme, I make it so that each box has a different wallpaper, then I name it to whatever that wallpaper is called (the box that has the "Crag" wallpaper will be called "Crag") I do this for each box until every one is different.

the next thing is putting the pokemon into every enviroment that they would live in. I often fill a box completely because it can only hold 30 pokemon. left over pokemon would be put into boxes that aren't as full, but still would fit into the eviroment

the Box with the Pokemon Center wallpaper is reserved for my trained pokemon. I also have a Box reserved for pokemon I like alot.

Same as me but. I name them Water Fire Grass Dark.

I sort them by their biomes. Desert Pokemon go in the desert (Tatooine), forrest Pokemon go in the forrest (Kashyyyk), flying Pokemon go in the sky (Bespin), et cetera.

Either by level 1-100 or numbers 000-386, then the last box is "others."

What do you think? -_- Those who know me well won't be surprised at all to read that, yes, I do sort Pokemon by boxes. Usually it's grouped this way:

- In Use
- In Breeding
- Other Pokemon [All other boxes]

I just arrange them in numerical order, since I'm trying to collect them all. The closest thing I've done to that so far is in Colloseum (since you're really pretty restricted on collecting the Pokemon in that game). In Colloseum, I named the forest box "Artemis", the water box "Poseidon", and the desert box "Hades", and place the Pokemon that I'd most closely associate with that environment in them. Poseidon's pretty barron, as you'd imagine, so instead of just having all the water Pokemon I got in Colloseum, I also have three Pokemon that I associated with water as best as I could (Yanyanma, since dragonflies are adult waterbugs, so they would be found close to ponds and such; Tylatlis, since clouds are condensing water vapor; Delibird, since, while I question it supposedly being based off of a penguin, a bird that swims often, it is most definitely based off of Santa Clause, who lives at the North Pole, which would be little more than an ice cap on top of the Arctic Ocean).

I sort my Pokémon by Type. I have to use two Water Boxes (Ugh...), and Boxes that have Types with few Pokémon (Poison and Electric come to mind.) also end up as fodder for extra Eggs or breeding experiments. Ground mixes both Ground and Rock, while the 2 Water Boxes also hold the Ice Pokémon. My previous to last Box is for the "Rare" Types: Ghost, Dark and Steel. My last Box is reserved for my Dittos and my favorite Pokémon, or Pokémon I train, plus Slaves and THE Catcher.

Yes, I put the first 6 by level. My first box has my pokémon from Lv. 100 - 80, etc.
The 7th and 8th are the Spinda boxes.
The 9th is the Babies box.
The 10th is the Repeated Pokémon box.

I sort them by the Poke'dex order. I even leave spaces for the Pokemon I don't have including Pokemon I'll probably never get such as Mew and Celebi.

I sort mine by type (with an appropriate background), but I keep one box for level 100s, and another for stuff like eggs, and for pokemon that I've just caught and haven't moved yet.

1st gen: random
2nd gen: random, but with some reserved for trained pokémon and others for various purposes.
3rd: by enviroment, every pokémon goes into one specific enviroment, the ones I doubt about go to pokemon center/dotted box. What I hate is to have two forest boxes -_-;

I have one box for trading, one for stones, one for unknowns all of the rest are in number order or althbetical order.

Yeah i put them in a specific order once i catch a lot of them. On my Ruby game i have Treecko through Jirachi from the first box till whenever i reach Jirachi. I also tried to fill up boxes with the Johto pokemon but i traded them to Leaf Green to do the same. So in Leaf Green im working on filling the boxes to have Bulbasaur to Ho-oh. I also have a box for the Unowns so i know which ones i have and which ones i need. Im pretty close to filling up my boxes and pokedex. I want to have all the Kanto, Johto and Hoenn pokemon. I have all the Hoenn pokemon already, ive had all the Kanto but im working on having one of each species. Well thats what i do with my boxes. I make the wallpapers ones i like. Thats it.

My PC pokemon are organized by type and since there isn't enough boxes for all 16 types, some will share if their alike or if I have alot of pokemon that are dual types, mostly bug/poison or electric/steel. Things like that.

I once tried to do in alphabetical order and it didn't work out so well...O_O

I organize my Pokémon by Level. Box 14 is normally for another box - my original teams in groups of 6.

1: Lv100 Pokémon ready for competitive battling.
2: Lv01-10
3: Lv11-20
4: Lv21-30
5: Lv31-40
6: Lv41-50
7: Lv51-60
8: Lv61-70
9: Lv71-80
10: Lv81-90
11: Lv91-100
12-14: Miscellaneous stuff like eggs. I think I have eight eggs in my box right now. XD

I separe them accordingly to their habitats. (grassland, forest, mountain, cave, urban, etc...)
I also have a box for eggs, two boxes for pokemon with breed moves, a box named 'DITTO' where I have Dittos with every nature possible (for breeding in Emerald) and another one named 'FEEBAS!!!!' that I'm sure you can guess what is for. >_>

Like almost everyone else, i sort by types. But only in pokemon box, all my other games in advanced generation are unsorted. And it doesnt matter, since all my pokemon is in pokemon box.
