When summer starts im going to download an emulator and the rom for blue and yellow and put my play throughs on YouTube.

I still do play the Generation I games. Mostly Red and Blue, but occasionally Yellow as well.
Generation I is one of my most favorite generations, and a heck of a lot better than Generation II in my humble opinion, so I have played it the most and still do to this day.

I have Red, Blue and Yellow and I play them regularly!
The best part about 1st gen is that you automatically get the ability to play Pokemon in school with no shame whatsoever, especially because so very few people remember what a Game Boy actually does. It's bullyproof!

They won't. Why should they? Very few people remember or indeed play any of the original four.
What I'd like to see is Nintendo offering up the service for replacing save batteries in GB games with more energy-efficient models. The technology is easy and cheap, and all the warranties have long since worn off, making it profitable, but they just refuse to do it.
