Hello, Lucario is an UBER. Of course he's supposed to be strong.

He's the Shinou version of Mewtwo, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, and Deoxys, as The Great Butler said. It is naturally expected for Lucario to be as strong as the afforementioned Pokémon, with good stats, not to mention the Hadoukken Attack, to boot.
