Do you think Starters will be catchable?

I have all 9 starters... but it suddely crossed my mind, "Could I find a while Torchic?" I don't know. I doubt it, just wondering what other people think. Discuss.

It woul be dame stupid if you could catch the starters
its just it just doesnt past in the game
its way cooler, harder and more challenging if you can get them by an special way

no, i don't think so. it always has been the same way, so it should be the same IMO. because if you can catch them, it isn't special anymore if you have them..

I wouldn't want them to be wild, but I'd like to be able to earn them. However the Fr/Lg definition of "earning" is just silly. Maybe have 3 event/tasks that happen, like defeating the Elite 4, and you get to chose one from a specific generation after it. So the first task rewards you with a Kanto starter, the 2nd a Johto and the third a Hoenn.
