Does anyone have a good moveset for Entei?

Flamethrower
Hyper Beam

HP Grass
Substitute

You will need to get 2 Calm Mind's on the switch by using Substitute or you won't win.

Just saying that you'll probably won't have HP Grass and it would be a shame to waste Substitute on Entei. Raikou and Suicune are better Calm Minders (ingame at least).

Sunnybeaming is fine for in-game. Its movepool is so bad…

It'a moveset is horrible because I just caught it.

aragornbird said movepool. Meaning that the number of good moves that it can learn is extremely limited. It doesn't learn Earthquake, can't learn Rock Slide, can't learn Swords Dance, and for special moves only gets Fire-type ones, Solarbeam, and Hidden Power. Not much variety at all.
