I'm not a YuGiOh player but the card looks really fake. The picture quality of the card is botched. Would that mean it's fake?

Most likely. My cousin had a crappy Slifer that had 4000/4000 for stats.

Check the back. If it's not a bluish background, it's fake. Either way, you can't use it in a duel.
