Does the RSE manga suck? I havnt read it but it seems sucky from what I've seen.

That is a matter of opinion, if you think it is that is your opinion, if I think it does not that is my opinion. I like it.

As Goth Guy stated, it's completely based on opinion.

My opinion is that it's the greatest of the arcs so far. The art has improved even over the GSC arc, the plot is deeper and more convoluted than those that came before, there is more interaction between what one might consider 'minor' characters, seemingly inconsequential things return later to immense effect, and most importantly the characters are deep and believable. Again, it's just my opinion, but my opinion is that it is by far the best of them.

Its more believeable then the other arcs as it has death and romance in it.

I can't really decide what arc I like best, but RSE is definetly enjoyable to me. I've seen a lot of people who don't enjoy it because of some things that seem predictable or things happen that don't really seem planned, but overall it's a good arc in the manga.
