I've just traded a Sudowoodo infected with Pokerus over to my Leaf Green, hoping that Pokerus would spread on over the the rest of my team. so far, nothing...
Does Pokerus even spread in LF/FR?
If yes, how long would it take?

No, in Pokemon FR and LG, Pokerus does not spread. Your Sudowoodo is going to be the only one with it.
