Does Target's 90 Day Warranty cover this?

What's a valid reason to trade it in for a new one? Recently I've been having some trouble with the touch screen, as sometimes it's unresponsive(unless I press it REAL hard, and I mean hard, I'm not the kind of person to just tap it lightly) and the fact that sometimes it's about a bit off, even though I've calibrated the screen so many times. I'm thinking of going today using the 90 day warrant with the receipt(I didn't buy the 1 year warranty lol) and exchanging it for a new one. So is that a valid excuse? Thanks so much in advance.

Yes, just tell them the touch screen is defective and they will let you switch it for a different one.

When switching, will they still get one of the same color? And will they actually bother to check or will I just tell them, give them the DSL and receipt, and it'll be it? Thanks for answering my questions, I really appreciate it.

EDIT: O, and is the volume button normally suppose to be a bit loose? Or is it just me?

Tell them the screen doesn't work when they ask why you are returning it. If you dropped it or something don't tell them and it will be fine.

They will check to make sure the DSL is actually in the box but they won't check whether it works or not.

They will allow you to switch your DSL for another one of the same color (or probably another color if that's what you want)

As for the volume button, both of the volume buttons on the two DS Lites I have had were "loose." It isn't going to fall off or anything.
