Does the USB connecter work with AOL?

Okay, I've got the USB connecter, and I use AOL (which sucks, don't get it ). Its the UK one, but a guy I know told me that it doesn't work with the USB connecter. It would explain that even when I have the Firewall off, I can't get onto Wi-Fi (I know this because I get the fire wall error code). Anyway, confirm please.

Dang... Oh well, I'm glad I'm going down to England soon. I can use my relatives PC... *shoots AOL*

Nope - I know for sure it doesn't work with AOL. My friend got one and we were trying to use it and we got an error code on the DS. We entered it on Nintendo WiFi.com and it says it has problems working on AOL...which it should say on the damn box to begin with.
