    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

he might just be busy, or he doesn't bother with it because of thousands of newbies saying "hi". when your inbox is always flooded, (especially with junk) it's pretty easy to just say "forget this" and not use it anymore.

Not unless it's worth answering. If it's "omg i love your site" then no. If it's "i have found a major security flaw in your forums, I think it should be rbought to your attention immedaitly" then yeah you might get a response.

Well, yeah. It kinda WAS. I was PMing him a question regarding his site and another sit.(Not saying names) I've been waiting a looong time for a reply, and I really need an answer. It wasn't something I could ask an admin.

I PMed Coronis and told him his sprites had been stolen and used in a Magazine! Did I get a reply? Yes the first time but not the second time.

No, not unless it's important. He's not like other Webmasters. Well, most. He has a life and is probably flooded with work from Uni. Understand that. If you were a webmaster, in Uni and were flooded with PMs and emails, do you think you could respond to all of them? No. Joe tries his best to, don't rush him. I sent him a PM in June and he hasn't gotten back, and am I annoyed? No. Because I know he's busy. Wait patiently.

I'm very sorry, but admins all have a life. I've PM'ed Joe and other mods/admins about some stuff which I would've considered 'important' but turned to be not-so-important... so... just live with it.
