Does this game have the abilty erase your pokemon on its own.

I can't believe this game erased my Latias on it own free will. I go looking for it and find its missing from my party slot I check all around in the boxes and day care and its isn't anywhere. I even went to check in leaf green and sapphire and still nowhere i even had on a good nature in timid. Now my best pokemon is gone and there's now way I can beat Orre collisuem now. I now I didn't release it because i saved on my party when I saved.

What Pokemon did you trade for the Latias when you tried trading it to Colosseum? Because the cloning thing may have occured, and you should have two copies of whatever you were trading that Latias for.

I didn't know you were able to clone pokemon on this game . I've been trading on and off to sapphire for the orre collesuim and battle tower maybe if it did get lost in trading process.It sucks I didn't get that pokemon box now I have to do 2-3 hours of trading pokemon to get them into XD now so I can restart . Thing was I had 6 pokemon on each side and now one has 5 while the other has 6.

Yeah its offcial my Latias got erased some how . I'm looking all the people and seeing if I can find 2 of the same kind.

Were you by any chance using a AR/GS on your XD?

I'm pretty sure it's the Dupliaction type glitch thingy. Check if you have two of the Pokemon you traded for Latias.

This stinks I just found out they duplicated the ditto I was trading over from leaf green to sapphire . Why couldn't it be my Mewtwo instead . Also I don't have action replay or gameshark.
