Does Tyranitar have a perfect partner?

I have been searching for the perfect partner for tyranitar that is one of the sublegendaries(salamance,dragonite,metagross) or one of the true legendaries. I know Flygon is perfect becuase of leviate as its ability, but its not good enough. Don't think i don't like Flygon, but i want a good match. Finally, Tyranitar must have earthquake, and you can suggest items with the partner you give as an answer.

I would suggest anything a steel/rock/ground type, because of Tyranitar's ability that automatically creates a sandstorm.

I would actually use Flygon because of its levitate and immunity to sandstorm.

Salamance would make a good partner. Tyranitar and Salamance can make a good team, and can cover each others weaknesses with the right movesets.

Salamence would own Tyranitar if Sala has Brick Break. (Remember, T-tar has a 4x weak to Fighting)

Swampert is an excellent partner to Tyranitar.
Swampert is immune to electric, sandstorm. Swampert can also support Tyranitar well by being able to Ice Beam or even Surf the stuff Tyranitar may have trouble with.

Metagross is good as well.

Any flying type/levitate pokemon that doesn't care about HP points. It'd not care about the sand damage and not get screwed over by Tyranitars EQs.
Wall Lugia or Choice Band Ho-oh maybe?

Maybe i didn't make it clear The only sublegendaries are salamance, dragonite, and metagross besides tyranitar. Yes this is a double battle. And sandstorm is a set amount of percentage of your hp so it doesnt matter how much hp you have

Salamence is not affected by EQ, or is Flygon. You could also try Rayquaza if you use Ubers.

I'd say Salamence because the only options are Salamence+Dragonite (Metagross gets screwed by T-tar's EQ, Metagross's EQ screws T-Tar), and IMO Salamence>Dragonite

you could have a Swampert witch is good earthquake or the sandstorm won't affect it.
And also theres flygon but i'd rather have Swampert
But i always use A rayquaza and tyranitar in double team battle it works perfectly i rekon

Although not immune to earthquake, resistant, and gets the evasion from Sand Veil.
