Don’t download the PLA Daybreak update!

I might just be extremely unlucky, but the trick of saving at the campsite before a Pokémon outbreak, and then resetting and heading back to the village and then reentering the same area to try and find a shiny pokemon….
Well you can no longer do that…. I’ve failed to find the same outbreak over a dozen times with various Pokémon since I downloaded the update. I swear they removed the easy shiny hunt method….

Unfortunately, it's a forced update.

It's frustrating, but thankfully I'm not that far into the game yet, so it's not a huge loss on my end.

Not even remotely surprised they would patch this because it was such a easy method.

Just finding shinies in general with mass outbreaks is incredibly easy, the reset method made it absolutely trivial. It's a good thing that they patched it in my opinion but the damage is already done.

Well at least it's not something that corrupts saves. I'm fine with it if they fixed the cutscene problems in caves.

Well, I already got all the shinies I wanted from the old outbreak method so I don’t care either way
