Donphan EV spread

Just a really quick question: is the EV spread given below ok for a Donphan with the following moveset? Thanks in advance.

Earthquake
Rock Slide
Rapid Spin
Rest

It looks alright although i'd change Rapid Spin for Return but thats just me

Also, Rapid Spin is useless in game. Use Counter please.

Its almost like Aragonbird's and he knows what he's doing but I found this spread on a guide like thing I printed from the forums a while ago

True enough, but i sometimes use the pokemon i train in game in link battles with my friend, who has started using spikes alot recently so i though why not keep it...
