"Don't be a theif!"

As you know, if you try to throw a poke ball and a trainers pokemon it will be blocked and they will say "dont be a theif!". If you could still any 6 pokemon you've seen trainers/gym leaders have. What would you steal? I would steal:

(1. That girls shiny green espeon in the battle tower.

Well thats about it really i can't think of the other 5 because most of them i can get myself and would be better if i raised it myself. If i think of anymore ill put them here.

i wouldnt steal anything being all the pokemon in the game that the AIs use have terrible movesets and probably screwed up EVs and natures

Actually, I think that the Pokemon in the game that other trainers possess have perfect IVs, no EVs and (I'm going out on a limb here) a Hardy nature. Not sure though.

From that shaky understanding, I would probably snatch a Houndour or Houndoom from one of those people in the Rocket Warehouse in the meadow on Five Island.

Actually, I think that the Pokemon in the game that other trainers possess have perfect IVs, no EVs and (I'm going out on a limb here) a Hardy nature. Not sure though.

I doubt the Hardy nature. Because I noticed if you lose to a trainer and reface him, then sometimes his attacks do more or your attacks do less.

Trade to emerald and reset the EV's, hope for a good nature, and hope for egg moves/Eevee moves...

I'd SOOOO steal that Cooltrainer's Charizard an' Charmeleon on tha 1st floor in Victory Road(tha one near tha ladder), and there's another one right next ta him which has a Ninetales. X3333 OH! And there's a couple west of Celadon with a Rapidash and a Ninetales... mmmmm. *Licks lips* OH! Tch, an' Lance's Dragons... all tha hot fire-types of some trainers on Cinnabar... Gary's Tyranitar, Arcanine... I'd SOOO "take" their Pkmn... oh! Tch, an' then there's this Gamblers(okay Gamers) east of Viridian who's got a Vulpix...*rants for hours*

Of course if u did steal the Shiny Espeon or whatever in the Tower, it will be a Bad Egg. Thats what happens IF u use a rom. Its so odd! XD

I would definitely steal that girl's shiny Espeon in the Trainer Tower. I would also steal each gym leader's prized Pokemon (Onix, Starmie, Raichu, Victreebell, Alakazam, Muk, Arcanine, and Persian?). It's similar to taking a trophy; they can keep their badge. I remember back in Gold/Silver/Crystal, I wanted to resteal the Pokemon that your rival stole from Professor Elm. I felt so bad for the guy that I actually threw a ball and that's how I learned about stealing.
