dont u guys think that manafi's evolution is kyogre? i mean heck, theyre in the same movie and if u look at manafi's eyes it has those circle things that looks like in kyogre's flipper, what do u guys think?

Legendaries don't have pre-evos or evolutions so it isn't possible......they also aren't that much alike since Kyogre was way older than Manafi.

Like a legendary would have a pre-evo.
