The 5th slot is another Clefable with same moves since he is essential for this team, Shuckle gets Follow Me protection, Clefairy has Protect so he can use it right before Hariyama uses EQ, I know I need a special sweeper please please HELP!!!!!!!!!

Your team fails to species clause. Just a note, power trick shuckle still fails, as power trick switches boosts, not actual stats, and even if it switched the stats, he would still die to earthquake.
