Hopefully this hasn't already been done. I didn't see anything like it though, so hopefully I'm good.
Well, when I first heard of DP (around when word came out - I think it was a little more than a year ago?) I was very excited. With this generation I was planning to relive the magic of the original games when I had no idea what was what, who would evolve into who, and what moves were good or not. I could never have this experience with any other Pokemon game because I knew everything inside and out. For this fact, I planned to not visit any DP forums or websites because I wanted to keep it a mystery (I checked the newly released Pokemon in like July or so out of curiosity, but there was only like 8 out then). Unfortunately, whenever I'm on here or a few other Pokemon sites, I accidentaly get peaks at new Pokemon and lots of times I know exactly what it looks like and know who evolves into it and get the surprise ruined. People will have avatars or sigs with new Pokemon and the such. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining or anything - it's my own fault. Pokemon are Pokemon and belong on Pokemon forums; I'm not complaining. I was just curious if anyone else was thinking that way about the new gen. You don't want secrets revealed but always seem to stumble upon them anyway.
Even on sites like GameFAQs (my main forum site). I figure there's no images so I can read titles on the Diamond board to decide if it's safe or not, but I go in and the first title I see *spoilers if you are like me* says "CLICK HERE, NEW NOSEPASS EVOLUTION CONFIRMED!" I doubt these small things will hurt the experience of the games, but I'm just throwing it out there to see if anyone else feels the same way.
